All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS within 2 to 5 business days of when the order was placed.
Orders placed within Canada usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Orders going to the USA take about 5 to 10 business days and International orders arrive within 7 to 21 business days.
International orders may have customs or import duties applied.
The Hive is not responsible for these extra costs.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Once you have received your product(s) you have 15 days to submit an exchange or refund request and ship back the unwanted merchandise to us.

Additionally, to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Discounted items are not eligible for a return or refund with the exception of Hive Apparel. We cannot guarantee we will have your size or style in stock but we will do our best to find you something that works!
